Most residential decking projects take between two and five days to complete, depending on the size and complexity. We'll give you a clear timeline as part of your quote.

Question 2

Do you offer a free consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all consultations and quotes are completely free and without obligation. We visit your property, take measurements and discuss your requirements before providing a detailed written quote.

Question 3

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We cover Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere, Cranleigh, Dorking, Leatherhead, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas across Surrey and South-West London.

Question 4

Do you supply the materials as well as install?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we supply all materials as part of a fully managed service. This means you benefit from our trade pricing and we take full responsibility for the quality of both materials and workmanship.

Question 5

Are your decks guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

All our installations come with a workmanship guarantee, and the composite products we install carry manufacturer warranties of up to 25 years. We'll provide full warranty documentation on completion.

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We work closely with homeowners and their landscapers or garden designers to ensure the deck integrates seamlessly with the wider garden scheme.
